Shipping policy

At Squish Vault, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail.

Delivery Times

• Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days from dispatch.
• During busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (such as Royal Mail delays), delivery may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Where applicable, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses.
